The Egged Tech division manages a nationwide maintenance services network, providing its clients with routine and emergency services for buses.

The network includes 16 service centers across Israel and 5 service units that provide the following services:

Nationwide deployment

The network of service centers and service units extends throughout Israel from north to south, providing excellent services in close proximity to routine activity areas, and within a short distance in cases of a vehicle breakdown.

Knowledge and expertise

The familiarity with all the bus types along with the experience gained in providing maintenance to them, guarantee a professional response to any request related to each of the 67 bus models, which are manufactured by 13 different companies.

Complete accessibility to parts

The Egged Group scope of activity compels it to maintain a full and available inventory of spare parts for its bus fleet. The variety of spare parts are available for clients at the service centers.

Service management and documentation

The maintenance division's computer system enables full and accurate documentation of all car services, data collection and documentation, and transferring data to other service centers.

Ready for electric buses

The Egged service centers have long been prepared to provide a response to electric buses which have arrived to Israel in recent years. Currently, the service centers provide services to Metropolin and Kavim companies and are ready at the disposal of other customers.
