No.421 from Tel Aviv to the Dead Sea departs from
Tel Aviv 2000 Terminal, more commonly known as Arlozorov Terminal, Sunday through Friday. The Tel Aviv 2000 Terminal is located near the border of Tel Aviv and Ramat Gan, next to Ayalon Highway and the junction of Jabotinsky Rd, Begin Rd and Namir Rd. The Tel Aviv 2000 Terminal should not be confused with Tel Aviv Central Bus Station.

Cancellation and Changes to Order
Advance tickets may be eligible for a refund. If you decide not to use the ticket to make all or part of your intended trip, then you can
apply for a refund. Please note that you can cancel a reservation free of charge up to 2 hours before departure time. Otherwise, you will be charged NIS15.00 the cancellation fee.
Once you've changed your plans, the option available for cancelling or changing order depends on the way you've purchased the tickets:
- If you've booked tickets through the Customer Service Center or website, you can change/cancel your order up to 2 hours before departure time through the website or Customer Service Center.
- If you've bought the ticket from a cashier at bus station, go to the nearest bus station to change your ticket
