- Students who purchased annual student bus passes for the 2015/2016 academic year are eligible for refund. The amount of refund is determined by the Ministry of Transport and will be calculated in accordance with the table of refunds providing by the ministry
- Egged will provide with refund only those students who purchased annual student bus pass at Egged
- Refund requests can be made from March 10, 2016 to August 31, 2016
How to apply for refund through the website?
The most convenient and simplest way to apply for the refund is
to fill in the refund form on the website. You will be given 2 options: to receive a refund through a credit card which was used to pay for the student bus pass OR by check, which we'll send by post to the address indicated on the refund form
- Refund through credit card: only credit card which was used to pay for the student bus pass will be credited. In case, if refund through a credit card for some reason is impossible, we'll send a check to the address indicated on the refund form within 15 working days from the date of filling the refund form
- If you purchased your student bus pass for cash or if the refund through a credit card for some reason is impossible, we'll send a check to the address you provided within 15 working days from the date of filling the refund form
